About Your Visit
We are looking forward to meeting you if it’s your first time, or seeing you again if you’ve been here before. If you have received relevant care elsewhere, please try to bring your records with you. Also bring your up to date insurance and picture ID. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check in and filling out any forms necessary. Know that we value your time and will do everything possible to keep things running on-time, but given the nature of our practice with delivering babies and other potential emergencies, sometimes you may be asked to wait. Thank you in advance for your patience and let us know if there is something we can improve.

If you have an emergency and our office is closed, please go to the emergency room, or, if you think you can wait, call our office to get in touch with the doctor on-call.
Schedule An Appointment
Please call our office to schedule an appointment with one of our providers. Feel free to ask to be seen by our nurse practitioner if the appointment time is more convenient to you. You will still be under the care of your doctor and our nurse practitioner will communicate directly with your doctor, but she may be able to see you in a more timely fashion. We are happy to answer any questions.
