We have had some hot days around here especially if you’re pregnant!
If you’re pregnant, you may be feeling pretty miserable.
Try to stay cool as much as possible to battle overheating, dehydration, and swelling in your feet and legs. Compression stockings can be helpful to combat the swelling as can a cool bath or ice packs. Remember to drink at least 64 ounces of water a day to stay hydrated.
Swimming is one of the best things you can do for relief. It takes some of the weight off your feet, legs, and back giving you a much needed break! So get yourself an ice cold lemonade, the perfect pool floaty, a wide brimmed hat, some sunscreen and follow it up with a nice foot massage.
